1. Live Tutoring Sessions
- Tutor no-show or cancellation: If your tutor doesn't join a confirmed, paid session, you're entitled to a full refund. Report it via Contact Us within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
- Student cancellation: Cancel more than 12 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours are refunded at admin's discretion, since the tutor's slot was already reserved.
- Technical issues: If a session is cut short or unusable due to a platform-side technical failure, contact admin — a partial or full refund (or a free make-up session) will be arranged.
2. Courses
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchasing a course, provided you have completed less than 20% of its content.
- Refunds are not available once a course is substantially completed or its completion certificate has been issued.
3. Notes and Videos
Because notes and videos are downloadable/streamable digital content delivered immediately upon payment, they are non-refundable once accessed — except where the content is materially different from its description, missing, or corrupted. Report content issues via Contact Us within 48 hours of purchase.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued back to the original eSewa account used for payment. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on eSewa's settlement times. You'll receive a notification once your refund has been marked as processed.
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact admin through Contact Us with your booking or order details (session date, course name, or transaction ID). Our admin team reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis for situations not explicitly covered above.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Missing a session you didn't cancel in advance, where the tutor was present and ready
- Dissatisfaction with a completed session or fully-consumed course/content, absent a genuine quality issue
- Requests made well outside the reporting windows above
